Eligibility:
- Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sterile medical consumables once opened.
- Custom-ordered or special-import equipment.
- Items damaged due to mishandling or storage after delivery.
Procedure:
- Notify our customer service within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order details and product images for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange return collection or replacement.
Refunds:
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
