Eligibility:

  • Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sterile medical consumables once opened.
  • Custom-ordered or special-import equipment.
  • Items damaged due to mishandling or storage after delivery.

Procedure:

  • Notify our customer service within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide order details and product images for verification.
  • Once approved, we will arrange return collection or replacement.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
